- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar*
- juice of 1/2 lemon*
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine flour, milk and egg in a mixing bowl and beat lightly, leaving batter slightly lumpy.

3Melt butter in an ovenproof 12-inch skillet.

4When very hot, add batter to skillet and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and briefly return to oven. Pour lemon juice on top and serve immediately.
