- beef roast
- 2 cans beefy cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Mix soup, water and soup mix together in bowl.

2Put roast in pan; pour mix over.

3Seal with foil and put lid on.

4Cook at 350° for 1 hour for each pound of roast.

5Cool and refrigerate overnight.

6Don't open foil.

7Skim fat off top.

8Slice beef and heat at 300° for 1 hour.
