- 1 1/2 doz. beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. brown and drained sausage
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix eggs and milk; soft scramble in butter.

2Layer 1/3 egg mixture, 1/3 cheese sauce and 1/3 sausage.

3Repeat twice.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Top with mushrooms; cover and bake at 275° for 50 minutes.

6Serves 8.
