Name: Db'S Sidecar
Ingredients: 1.5 parts cognac (or your favorite brandy); 1 part Cointreu (or try Patron Citronage for interesting change, or triple sec for value); .75 part fresh lemon juice; .25 part simple syrup*; ice; *I make my simple syrup with equal parts water and Sugar in the Raw brown sugar. Heat sugar and water over medium heat until all the sugar is disolved.
