Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 cup water (I use 1 % or 2 % milk instead)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (11 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Grease a Bundt pan.

3I use Pam spray In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except butterscotch chips.

4Mix at low speed for 1 minute, then at medium speed for 3 minutes.

5Fold in butterscotch chips.

6Pour into Bundt pan.

7Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center of cake comes out clean.

8Cool in pan for 30 minutes.

9Invert onto serving plate.

10Can dust with confectioners sugar.
