Deboned Chicken Breasts

  • chicken breasts
  • 1/2 piece bacon per breast
  • 1 large jar dried beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 carton sour cream

Directions

    Wash and salt chicken breast halves.

    Roll each in a half piece of bacon.

    Place slices of dried beef on bottom of greased (Pam) baking dish.

    Place 1 rolled breast on top of each slice of dried beef.

    Stir soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.

    Cover with silver foil.

    Bake at 300° for 2 hours, covered, and 1 hour uncovered.
