Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. meat (hamburger, chicken or steak)
- 1 (8 or 16 oz.) can corn, green beans, carrots or potatoes
- 1/4 to 1/2 onion (tender)
- 4 c. water (approximately)
- 1 c. macaroni
- 1/2 c. precooked rice or Minute rice (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic
- celery (must be tender)
Directions

1Brown meat in large pan; drain grease.

2Celery and onion may be cooked at this time.

3Add water, seasoning and tomatoes.

4If using any fresh vegetables or rice, add at this time.

5Cook until tender.

6Add more water as needed.

7More seasoning may be needed, depending on taste.

8Cook for about 30 minutes.

9Serve with cornbread or biscuits.
