Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 12 cup diced onion
- 14 cup diced green pepper
- 5 slices bacon
- 10 ounces tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 14 cup water
Directions

1Cook rice as usual.

2Fry bacon till crisp.

3It should be crisp, not soggy.

4Crumble bacon.

5In the bacon fat, fry the onion and green pepper till onion turns translucent.

6Combine cooked rice, onion, green pepper and crumbled bacon.

7Add a little salt and pepper and mix well.

8Add one can of tomato soup, chili powder (more or less, to taste) and sugar (optional).

9Add water to the consistency you like and cook till hot.

10Add extra tomato soup and water if needed.

11Can be a side dish or main meal.

12Tastes great reheated as well.
