Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can white beans (Great Northern, canneloni, etc.)
  • 12 cup chopped pimiento bell pepper (or roasted red bell peppers)
  • 12 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 12 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 12 teaspoon sea salt
  • 14-12 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, chopped fine (optional)

Directions

    Puree ingredients in food processor until smooth.

    Sometimes I add the jalapeno, when using for a dip for chips.

    Use as a dip, instead of cheese for mac and cheese, as a sandwich spread, etc.
