  • 1 pkg. deep chocolate cake mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut

Directions

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Add water.

    Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.

    Sprinkle nuts and coconut over sugar.

    Mix cake as directed. Pour over sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Turn upside down onto large platter. Serve with whipped cream.
