  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients except hot water.

    Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in hot water by hand.

    Batter will be thin.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
