- 1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except for boiling water.

2Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

3Stir in boiling water.

4(Batter will be thin.)

5Pour into a greased 9

613 pan and bake at 350° for 35 - 40 minute or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
