- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb ground chuck, fried
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
Directions

1Mix Bisquick and water until it makes a dough.

2Spray square baking pan.

3Spread Bisquick into pan and part way up sides of pan.

4Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

5Fry hamburger meat, mashing up as you're frying it. Drain.

6Mix in salsa and heat slightly.

7Place meat mixture in partially cooked crust.

8Mix last three ingredients and spread over top.

9Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Mmm good.
