Deep fried candied pecans

  • 1 quart salted water
  • 2 cup halved pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 oil for deep frying

Directions

    Bring salted water to boil and Blanche pecans

    Drain pecans and cover with powdered sugar

    Deep fry coated pecans for 5-7 minutes

    Place pecans on cooling rack and separate using 2 forks

    Try to wait for them to cool down
  6. 6
    Repeat steps 1-4 so you will have some left to give to others!
