- 1 quart salted water
- 2 cup halved pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 oil for deep frying
Directions

1Bring salted water to boil and Blanche pecans

2Drain pecans and cover with powdered sugar

3Deep fry coated pecans for 5-7 minutes

4Place pecans on cooling rack and separate using 2 forks

5Try to wait for them to cool down
