- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried yeast
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1Add sugar and yeast to warm water.

2Stir and let stand 10 minutes, until frothy.

3Add salt, flour and oil.

4Stir and let sit 1/2 to 1 hour before using.

5Make sure fish is dry.

6Shake in flour.

7Stir batter before using.

8Dip fish in batter.

9Deep fry at 360° for 5 to 6 minutes.

10Drain on paper towels.

11Will stay crisp in warm oven.
