- 1 egg
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Progresso Italian seasoning
Directions

1Rinse fillets off well in cold water; drain off excess water. Roll fillets in flour.

2Make mixture of the egg and milk.

3Dip floured fillets into this mixture, then roll in Italian seasoning. Place in deep fryer; fry until golden brown and float on top of oil.
