- salt
- 1/2 c. butter/margarine
- 2 c. cracker crumbs, finely ground (substitute: bread crumbs)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt 1/2 cup margarine in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Roll fillets in melted butter and dredge in cracker/bread crumbs until well coated.

4Return coated fillets to baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
