Deep fried Shiitake

  • 12 shiitake mushroom,cut off stems
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp each ,salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley or more as needed
  • 1 vegetable oil to fry,enough to cover mushroom
  • 1 bottle of cold soda water,use just as you need ,not all

Directions

    Mix flour,salt,pepper,parsley in mixing bowl,slowly add cold soda water JUST LITTLE AT TIME ,stir to check consistensy ,not too thin or thick..

    Dip mushroom into batter,deep fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until flour turn golden and crispy,serve with sweet Thai Chilli sauce :)
