  • 3 gallons Crisco Pure Peanut Oil
  • 1 whole turkey thawed*
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    PREPARE fryer according to manufacturer's directions using peanut oil.

    PAT turkey dry using paper towels.

    COMBINE salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in small bowl. Rub over turkey. Cook according to fryer manufacturer's directions.
