- 2 None whole-wheat pitas, cut into triangles
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 None onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 (7 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pitas on a baking tray. Bake for 8 mins, or until crisp.

2Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, onion and garlic in a small frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 4 mins, or until onion has softened. Transfer to a food processor or blender and puree with cumin, chickpeas, milk and sesame oil until smooth. Stir in cilantro.

3Serve hummus with pita crisps.
