  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box powdered sugar, reserve 2 Tbsp.
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix cake mix, margarine and one egg well.

    Pat with hands into 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased and floured.

    Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and eggs.

    Beat 5 minutes and pour over cake mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Dust with reserved sugar while hot.
