- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 sour pickle, chopped
- 4 slices lemon
- 1 hot green or red pepper
Directions

1Cook slowly until butter melts.

2Keep warm.

3May be used in outdoor barbecuing to baste meat or an oven roast.

4May be sliced and simmered in sauce. Good with pork, lamb or beef.
