- 1 large deer roast
- 1 (60 oz.) Maurice's mustard barbecue sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) ketchup
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. broth
- rice to serve your family
Directions

1Boil deer roast until done.

2Cut in small chunks.

3Set aside. Brown hamburger, sausage and onion together.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Add one cup water, broth, ketchup and 3/4 bottle of sauce in large pot.

6Add the chunks of roast.

7Stir.

8If it is not juicy enough, add more Maurice's sauce or broth.

9Let simmer for 20 minutes.

10Serve with rice.
