Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ground deer
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 3 cans Bush's pinto beans
  • 1 can Bush's chili beans
  • 1/2 to 1 can water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Brown ground deer (or beef).

    Saute onion, green pepper and celery and add to deer in Dutch oven.

    Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 hours on low heat.

    Serve over macaroni noodles.
