- 2 lb. ground deer meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 4 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown chili meat and drain well.

2Add all ingredients and let cook for 15 minutes.

3Season to taste.

4Add bay leaves last.

5Let simmer about 2 or 3 hours, stirring every once in a while.
