- 3 lb. venison
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Cut venison into thin strips.

2Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.

3Marinade overnight.

4Pat meat dry and place on cookie sheet (ungreased).

5Preheat oven at 150Β°.

6Place cookie sheet in oven with the oven door slightly open.

7Dry meat 4 to 6 hours.

8Jerky may also be put in dehydrator.
