- 4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 tsp. course black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. red pepper
- water (add enough to make 1/2 gallon)
- deer meat - 1 ham
Directions

1Prepare marinade in gallon glass jar.

2Use lean meat.

3Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Soak meat to remove blood.

4Put meat in jar with marinade; mix well.

5Refrigerate for 3 to 4 days.
