Ingredients

  • 3 lb. meat, sliced 1/4-inch or less
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; add meat and soak overnight.

    Take meat out and place on towels and press dry.
  3. 3
    Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 200° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Turn meat and bake another 1 1/2 hours.

    Remove from oven and place on towels and press dry.
