- 3 lb. meat, sliced 1/4-inch or less
- 3 c. water
- 2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; add meat and soak overnight.

2Take meat out and place on towels and press dry.

3Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 200° for 1 1/2 hours.

4Turn meat and bake another 1 1/2 hours.

5Remove from oven and place on towels and press dry.
