- 4 lb. deer meat (roast or steak)
- 10 oz. Allegro marinade
- seasoning: such as, Lawry's season salt (I use Lawry's jerky seasoning, it's hot)
Directions

1Cut deer meat into 1/4-inch strips or smaller.

2Put the strips in a large pan or use a 1 gallon Ziploc baggie.

3The baggie is less messy.

4Pour the Allegro marinade over the strips and let it set overnight in the refrigerator.

5Place all the deer strips in the dehydrator (don't overlap the strips).

6Next you sprinkle on your seasonings according to your own taste.

7Turn the dehydrator setting to 140° and let it cook for 12 hours.

8It's good to experiment with different types of seasoning until you hit on the right one for you.
