- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Place strips of meat 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick in marinade.

3Marinate overnight, turning if necessary.

4Lay marinated meat strips on oven rack.

5Cook for 6 to 8 hours at 150°.

6They get crisper the longer they bake.

7Store finished jerky in Ziploc bags.

8Jerky will keep up to 2 years.
