- 4 to 6 lb. deer meat, sliced thin
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 3.5 oz. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Roll out or pound meat thin with rolling pin.

2Mix remaining ingredients well. Soak meat approximately 1/2 hour, depending on how strong you want it.

3Lay strips on broiler pan. Set oven to 150°.

4Bake 8 to 10 hours.
