- 1 (3 lb.) deer roast (ham or shoulder)
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and quartered
- 1 large Vidalia onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 can Campbell's golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1Salt, pepper and flour roast.

2Put roast in large browning bag.

3Mix all the soups together with water.

4Place vegetables around roast and pour soups over roast.

5Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
