- 3 to 4 lb. deer meat
- 1/4 c. water
- onion soup/dip mix
Directions

1Soak deer meat 2 to 4 hours in ice cold salt water.

2Preheat oven to 225°.

3Place meat in small roasting pan with a good tight fitting lid.

4Pour 1/3 to 1/2 package of onion soup dip mix onto the meat.

5Add 1/4 cup water.

6Seal foil on roaster pan.

7Place lid over foil to insure holding steam in.

8Allow to bake 3 to 4 hours.

9Slice and serve.
