- 3 pounds Deer Roast (They Vary Anywhere From 2 To 5 PoundsAny Will Work)
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Water
Directions

1Mix all the dry ingredients with a little water to make a paste.

2Put the thawed roast in the crock pot and add 3 cups of water.

3Rub the paste over the top of the roast.

4Peel the garlic and lay it over top of the roast, reserving 2 cloves and putting them in the water.

5Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours, or until done.

6If the water evaporates, add more while cooking.
