- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Refrigerate for 24 hours.

4Be sure to pack and roll firmly.
