  • 5 lb. ground deer
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. large grain black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Roll into 8 rolls.

    Be sure to pack and roll firmly.

    Place on broiler pan. Bake in low oven (150°) for 8 hours.
