  • deer cube steak or minute steak
  • salt and pepper
  • flour to dredge meat
  • grease to fry meat
  • onion (optional)
  • garlic (optional)
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Put grease in frying pan.

    Flour, pepper and salt meat. Brown in grease.

    Pour grease off and add 1 can mushroom soup, onion, garlic and 2 cans of water.

    Bring to a boil.

    Turn heat to slow and simmer until thick and done.
