- 2 lb. deer meat, put 2 Tbsp. vinegar on roast
- 1 onion
- 8 to 10 small carrots
- 1 lb. small potatoes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Shake deer roast in dry flour. Fry until brown.

2Leave oil in pan that you cooked roast in. Cut up onion, potatoes and carrots. Add to roast. Salt and shake black pepper over vegetables. Add water until it completely covers vegetables.

3Cook in oven with pan covered 1 hour and 30 minutes. Take out of oven. stir. Add about 1 cup water.

4Cook about 30 to 45 minutes or until deer starts separating.

5To add flavor, add 1 pack mushroom gravy mix.
