- 2 c. heavy cream
- 8 Tbsp. or 1 stick butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dry basil
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine chicken stock, butter, sour

2cream, heavy cream, milk, basil and garlic.

3Heat until sauce thickens slightly.

4Peel potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick.

5Butter 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.

6Place potatoes in dish.

7Pour sauce over potatoes.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
