Ingredients

  • 9 oz spiral pasta
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp horseradish cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 6 slices mild salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices rare roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices pancetta, thinly sliced
  • 4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 9 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves

Directions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10 mins, or until al dente. Drain.

    Meanwhile, whisk mustard, horseradish cream and oil in a large heatproof bowl. Season. Add salami, beef, pancetta, onions, tomatoes and parsley. Toss to combine.

    Add pasta to salami mixture and toss to combine. Serve warm.
