- 1 cup butter (room temp.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 13 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 13 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 12 cups evaporated milk
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Heat oven 375F.

2Cream together the butter, salt, vanilla and sugar.

3Stir in yolks, one at a time.

4Combine the flour, baking powder and crumbs.

5Add to butter mix, alternating with milk until blended.

6Beat egg whites until stiff.

7Fold into mix.

8Pour into a greased, floured 9x13 pan.

9Bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

10Let cool on racks.
