  • 1 large onion
  • 5 large cloves garlic
  • olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 whole chicken legs, cleaned and skinned
  • 2 large potatoes, cut in quartered chunks
  • sufficient chopped, fresh parsley

    In a frying pan, put olive oil.

    Heat it, adding minced garlic and finely chopped onion.

    Stir it up, then remove it from the fire.

    In a roasting pan, place the seasoned pieces of chicken. Add the garlic and onion mixture and the raw, quartered potatoes. Sprinkle parsley and put it in a hot oven at medium temperature (350° probably) for 1 1/2 hours, being careful not to burn it, only golden brown it.
