- 2 bags collard greens, cut and washed
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lbs smoked pork neck bones or 2 lbs ham hocks
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 teaspoon Accent seasoning (optional)
- 6 quarts water
Directions

1in a large pot boil the water for the smoked meat add in your choice of smoked meat allow to boil for at least 45 minutes.Add the apple cider vinegar,salt,pepper,onion,bell pepper and chicken broth and Accent Seasoning.

2cook until the meat is tender add collard greens and simmer covered over medium heat until greens are very tender not falling apart.
