  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. pecans
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. 4x sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • cherries or coconut for garnish

Directions

    Mix butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, pecans and flour with hands. Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until light brown.

    Beat until smooth cream cheese, 4x sugar and Cool Whip.

    Spread over cooled crust.

    Mix the instant pudding and milk.

    Spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with rest of Cool Whip.

    Top with cherries or coconut.
