  • 175 grams Caster sugar
  • 175 grams Butter or margarine
  • 3 medium Eggs
  • 2 tsp Ground mixed cake spice

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, butter/margarine, eggs & cake all spice.

    Pre heat oven to gas mark 5.

    Grease cake tin with butter/margarine & dust tin with flour.

    Place into the middle of the oven & cook for 40 minutes until golden brown.
