- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Onion Pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp Grnd Thyme
- 1 tsp Grnd Sage
- 1 tsp Grnd Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Celery Seed
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle seasonings on the ribs and rub.

2Chill for 1-5 hrs.

3Prepare the grill for long-term, low-temp cooking.

4Baste the ribs with the basting sauce and let them dry while they reach room temperature.

5Baste again and place on the grill.

6Baste and turn at 30-minute intervals for 5-8 hrs till tender.

7Don't let the temperature rise above 225 for extended periods.

8Finish off with your favorite barbecue or possibly finishing sauce.

9Apply when the ribs are done and coals are cooler.
