  • 2 lb. fresh string beans (more if desired)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • chicken flavored granulated bouillon to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Steam beans 15 to 20 minutes.

    In a skillet place olive oil. Heat 2 minutes.

    Add chopped onion.

    Saute until onions are clear. Add beans, bouillon and garlic powder.

    Stir for 2 minutes.

    Serve hot.
