Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small pkg. lasagne noodles
  • 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 carton cottage cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef in skillet; drain the grease.

    Add Ragu spaghetti sauce, chopped mushrooms and chopped onion.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Cook the lasagne noodles in boiling water according to the directions on the box.

    Use a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with spaghetti sauce.

    Put in a layer of noodles, then a layer of cottage cheese.

    Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over, then layer of noodles, layer of sauce, until you get to the top.

    Top with layer of noodles, sauce and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
