  • 1 box Pillsbury lemon plus cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, softened (not melted)
  • 1 container Pillsbury lemon frosting (not powdered)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix cake mix and margarine together.

    Pat in greased sheet cake pan.

    Mix frosting and cream cheese together.

    Set aside 1/2 cup of icing.

    To the remaining mixture, add the eggs and pour over cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cool and spread remaining icing on top of bars.
