Ingredients

  • 2 pounds mangos peeled and chopped finely
  • 2 grams white sugar 240 cups, or moscabado
  • 1 cup passion fruit the pulp of two, I used 1 or the juice of large lemon

Directions

    Place mangoes and passion fruit pulp in a large pot, set to a medium-low fire for half-hour.

    With a hand blender, blend until mango pieces are broken down.

    Add sugar and continue to cook on medium heat moving constantly until jam consistency is achieved.
