  • 3 to 4 lb. ribs
  • 1 c. open pit barbecue sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

    Cook ribs side down for 1 hour at 325°.

    Cover loosely with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.

    Drain pan.
